If you agree to participate:
You will complete an online survey that will take approximately 10-15min to complete. No personally identifying information will be collected.
Voluntary Participation:
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or withdraw from the survey at any time.
This survey doesn't involve any risks or benefits to participants.
Confidentiality:
Data will only be accessible to the research team and used for the purposes of this study. It will be stored with RedCap. Since the data is collected anonymously, it cannot be withdrawn once it has been submitted.
