Automated Survey Invitations

The Automated Survey Invitations (ASI) feature allows you to automatically send survey invitations and reminders to participants when specific conditions are met.

To use this feature you need:

the participant's email address (already entered and saved in the record)
what conditions need to be met to trigger the invitation
a clear idea of what content to include in the invitation body
a clear idea of when to send your survey and reminders
